We offer certified training in yoga, yoga therapy, ayurvedic medicine, meditation (Lisbon – Porto – Funchal – P.Delgada – Luanda). We organize retreats and trips of cultural and spiritual nature. In Lisbon you can try the Hot Yoga, a style that was introduced in 2009,as well as Ayurvedic medicine and treatments, with certified professionals. Also introduced, in 2006, the systematic training of Yogatherapists. The training of Yoga instructors is certified by Yoga Alliance, whom we are associated. We are also members of the Federative Council of Non-conventional medicines, the European Ayurveda Association and the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

The European Association of Oriental Therapies is a nonprofit organization, legally constituted, and its statutes published in the Official Journal of the Portuguese Republic, the Gazette (2nd Series, No. 105)
Extract of the social objective of the Official Portuguese Republic Gazette:
The Association is a non-profit organization and aims to conduct activities such as: dissemination, promotion and training in the various oriental therapies, disclosure, promotion, training in the area of yoga and other Eastern techniques, development of the Code of Conduct;
Provide clarification, when required, to public or private entities, and participate in regulatory projects;
Promote scientific development and professional practice of oriental therapies and related disciplines; uphold the social function, dignity and prestige of professional therapists, promoting the scientific and professional development of its members and the defense and respect for ethical principles that should guide their activity;
Contribute to the protection and promotion of all Eastern therapeutic techniques and associated disciplines, and should be heard on legal projects of interest to the pursuit of its institutional purposes, promoting the exchange of ideas and experiences among members and national counterparts and international organizations, as well as shares of interdisciplinary coordination, both in terms of training and research both in terms of professional practice; train professionals with high technical and ethical qualifications;
Collaborate, sponsor and promote the production of publications that contribute to the dissemination of knowledge in the therapeutic area of shiatsu, yoga therapy and yoga, pancharkarma, oriental massage, diet therapy, among other therapies and Oriental medicines such as Ayurvedic Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine;
Promote and disseminate the eastern philosophical currents that promote peace, social welfare, the pursuit of universal consciousness, the union of the microcosm and the macrocosm;
Collaborate on a voluntary basis and gratuity with other public and private institutions, such as hospitals, day centers, childcare centers and charities.
